These terms apply to the Secure Care for Kent text messaging program.

Program description

When you opt in, you will receive recurring text messages from Secure Care for Kent with campaign updates, voting and absentee ballot reminders, event notices, and volunteer opportunities related to the Kent County Corrections & Detention Millage on the November 3 ballot.

How to opt in

You can opt in by entering your mobile number in the sign-up form on securecareforkent.com and checking the text message consent box. The box is never pre-checked, and consent is not required to sign up for updates or to make any donation.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
